“From the first point of contact, Mike was professional and responsive. We schedule an appointment for an assessment, and he was right on time. I work in the industry, so I knew the price was very fair, and I immediately scheduled with Magic Home to complete my project the following week. The day before the project, Mike called to confirm what time he would be there. Again, he showed up on time with his helper. He gave me a timeframe of how long it would take, and he kept to it. There was a little hiccup with a finishing which I was under the impression was included and Mike agreed to absorb the cost but to be fair, I split it with him because miscommunications are a two-way street. I share that because he did not become irate and argue about it. He apologized and offered to make it right straight away, and he did. That spoke volumes to me. They left the area neat and clean.
